The comfortable amenities and Nespresso coffee in the morning ensured a pleasant start to each day.While the check-in process could be a bit time-consuming due to a single staff member, the friendliness and helpfulness of Nathaly at reception and Fabio, the manager, stood out for their exceptional service.The hotel's accessibility to public transport and nearby attractions like Parque da Juventude added to the overall convenience and value of the stay. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort made to cater to guests attending expos or events at Center Norte.Novotel Sao Paulo Center Norte offered a comfortable and practical experience, making it a suitable choice for both business travelers and families looking for a convenient stay in São Paulo.
